Shinji Ide is a visiting scholar at the US-Asia Technology Management Center from Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), Japan.
Mr. Shinji has been working for planning strategies and promoting national projects to strengthen Internet reliability and information security for global competitiveness of the Japanese information and telecommunication industry. Also, he worked for operating telecommunications business law to examine telecommunications operator’s market entry and connection agreements between with foreign and domestic telecommunications operators.
Mr. Shinji received his M.A. degree in Policy Management from Georgetown University in 2007. He also received his M.S. and B.S degree in Engineering from Keio University, Japan in 2001 and 1999 respectively.
