Hisao Kawaura
|
Hisao Kawaura received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from the University of Kyoto, Japan, in 1985 and 1987, respectively. He joined NEC in 1987, and was engaged in the development of charge-coupled devices and custom LSIs. In 1993, he moved to the Fundamental Research Laboratories, where he has been engaged in research into silicon-based quantum devices and ultrasmall MOSFETs. Dr. Kawaura is now a Principal Researcher at the Fundamental and Environmental Research Laboratories. He is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
