Anu Shukla
|
Anu Shukla is the President
and CEO of RubiconSoft. She is a serial entrepreneur who has provided
the vision and strategy underlying several successful software companies
in Silicon Valley. Most recently, she was the founder and CEO of Rubric,
the pioneer of Enterprise Marketing Automation, which was acquired for
$366M two years after initial funding. Prior to Rubric, Ms. Shukla was
VP of Product Strategy and Marketing at Versata, where she created the
company's Java product strategy; Chief Operating Officer at mFactory,
where she raised significant capital and launched an award-winning multimedia
authoring tool; and VP Marketing at Uniface, where she successfully positioned
the company's enterprise products which resulted in a $433M acquisition
by Compuware. She also held senior marketing positions at Unify and California
Micro Devices. Ms. Shukla received a BA degree from St. Stephens College
and an MBA from Youngstown State University. Ms. Shukla serves on the
Board of Directors for FWE ( Forum for Women Entrepreneurs) and the Advisory
Board for the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.
