Bio: Barbara Harley
|
Barbara Harley is a recognized incubator professional with over 10 years of experience in developing and managing incubators, with clients worldwide. She has participated in the development of six technology incubators in Northern California, feasibility studies for the U.S. government, and in incubator policy planning programs in several states. Ms. Harley has been a founding board member of several incubator associations and working groups, both in the U.S. and Eastern Europe. She is currently co-chair of the Pacific Incubation Network, an association for incubator professionals and supporters from Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, California, and the cities of Baja and Jalisco, Mexico. Ms. Harley has previously been the Human Resource Manager of a biotechnology company near Stanford University. She has been a consultant for start-up companies in administration and management. She also was a technical career advisor. |
