• Marketing plan and positioning: go for Gov project for cash and leave the enterprise market which is not that ripe for new tech for speedy growth later for better profit margin- pace the market growth for yourself

• Human-oriented society- let the biz come to you rather than chasing for biz opportunities

• what other segment of the biz we are already in could we expand into for further growth? = > seek aggressively overseas opportunity
