Elizabeth Wadium
Export Administration Specialist, U.S. Dept. of Commerce

Elizabeth Wadium is an Export Administration Specialist in the Northern California Branch of the Bureau of Industry and Security’s Western Regional Office, United States Department of Commerce. She provides guidance to the international trade community on U.S. export regulatory requirements and teaches export licensing courses through the western region of the United States. Prior to her relocation to the west coast in 2002, Elizabeth held positions in the Bureau as senior Export Policy Analyst for the Chemical and Biological Controls Division and licensing officer for the Information Technology Controls Division in Washington, D.C.

Elizabeth began her career in government service at the United States Department of State in 1990, where she held various positions in the Bureau of Consular Affairs and later provided analysis on chemical and biological weapons proliferation issues to policy makers. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
