William M. Valtos
Sr. Managing Director, ICCP Venture Partners

Bio:
Prior to joining the ICCP Group, Mr. Valtos was Managing Director of Strategic Asset Management, Inc., a Chicago-based private direct investment firm managing over US$600 million in assets. Mr. Valtos also has extensive experience in workout and distressed situations. Mr. Valtos has served as President and Director of American Molding, Inc., and Phoenix Products Corporation.  He currently serves as a  director of State/Delaware Corporation and Pacific Press Technologies.  Mr. Valtos has a Masters of Management Degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois.  Mr. Valtos is a director of IOmni Precision, Inc. and Global Media Entertainment (New York), and former Chairman of Ambergris Solutions, Inc.
