Dr. Sridhar Jagannathan
Director of Global Enginnering Strategy,
Intuit Inc.
Bio:
At Intuit, Dr.
Jagannathan is responsible for defining Intuit's engineering execution,
partnerships and technology M&A. Former positions include:
- Managing Director for Symantec's India
Development Center, where he set up offshore engineering operations and
created new models of engineering partnerships.
- VP of Technology for Softbank Emerging Markets, a $200M venture capital fund focused on early stage investments in emerging markets.
- Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Adatom.com, Inc., an ecommerce marketplace.
- Technical Director for Internet & eCommerce at Oracle Corporation, where he was in charge oftechnology strategy, product evolution for ecommerce and implementation.
- Sridhar is also the author of "Internet Commerce Metrics and Models," Prentice Hall, 2001. He has taught courses at Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley and IIT, Madras. He has a doctorate in engineering from UC Berkeley, a Master's degree (Sloan Fellow) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.Tech (Hons) from IIT, Kharagpur.
Dr. Avinash Agrawal

Bio:
Having recently founded Jupiter 2xLearning, an International software and services compan y in the education space, Dr. Avinash Agrawal has more than 25 years of global engineering manag ement experience. He has managed teams in major markets around the world, including the US, India, Germany and France.
Avinash was the founder and Managing Director for Sun Microsystems's
India Engineering Center (IEC) in Bangalore. He led the
transition of multiple large products to the IEC, guiding its evolution
into Sun's top international engineering facility. The IEC now
employs over 800 people. Avinash also initiated collaborative
research programs with local universities in India.
Avinash holds a Ph.D from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
