Jim Huang is the Overseas Representative, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) based in San Jose, California. Before joining HKSTP in Y2003, Jim was the President of Solomon Group USA in Y2001 - Y2002. Jim worked 25 years for Motorola from Y1975 to Y2000 - 10Y in Taipei Taiwan, 11Y in San Jose California, and 4Y in Beijing China. Jim was the Director of Sales & Marketing, Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector China. China is transforming from manufacturing to be more value added activities, R&D, innovative products and new brands from China.
