Topic: The new
entrepreneurial dynamic in Japan
Abstract:
This talk surveys changes in Japanese corporate law since 1997 and
their effects on corporate governance and finance, with special
reference to the entrepreneurial environment. Bob will identify new
trends in corporate behavior and entrepreneurship that may indicate a
positive future outlook for Japan.
