Kevin Lee has been Chief Executive Director of KIICA Silicon Valley since 2003.  KIICA SV is a Silicon Valley based incubator for small to medium sized Korean IT venture companies.  KIICA Silicon Valley is the largest of 8 Korean IT centers worldwide affiliated with the Korean Ministry of Information and Communications.  Prior to joining KIICA Silicon Valley, Mr. Lee held various management positions at Hewlett Packard and Cadence Design Systems in the United States and the Asia Pacific region.  Mr. Lee has over 20 years of in-depth marketing and business development experience in penetrating new markets in the Computer, Software and Semiconductor industries. Mr. Lee was awarded the "2004 Hi-Tech Businessman of The Year" award from the Korean American Chamber of Commerce.
