Masaya Hayashi

Masaya Hayashi began his career as a banker, gaining experience in lending operations, consulting sales, sales management, and overseas assignments.

Later, he transitioned to Aichi Prefectural Government. After working on attracting domestic and overseas companies, he is now involved in supporting startups and open innovation in collaboration with overseas partners.
