Seminars will take place on Tuesdays from March 29th – May 31st. These sessions are open to the public and registration is required to receive the Zoom login details.

All seminars will be held online via Zoom, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM, with informal networking following until about 7:30 PM (PST).

Speakers

Sherman Li

Partner at SoftBank Ventures Asia

Sherman is a Partner at SoftBank Ventures Asia, the early stage investment arm of SoftBank Group. He previously co-founded Enswers, a computer vision startup that generated viewership data from smart TVs that was acquired by Nielsen in 2017. Prior to Enswers, Sherman was the CEO of Soompi, the largest international k-pop site which was acquired by Crunchyroll in 2013 and COO of Evixar, a remote desktop management startup which was acquired by LG Telecom in 2005. Sherman is based in San Francisco and received his B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering at Stanford University.
