US-ATMC Director Dr. Richard Dasher and the Institute for Competitiveness’ Honorary Chairman Dr. Amit Kapoor will host a new monthly online seminar series, #TheIndiaDialog Conversation. This series is a continuation of The India Dialog summit, an annual conference that addresses the transformations of India’s economic and social landscape. On April 27th, Dr. Dasher and Dr. Kapoor will be joined by special guest, Dr. Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Advisor of India, who will give his reflections on India.

Dr. Anantha Nageswaran
Chief Economic Advisor, Government of India
Dr. Anantha Nageswaran is the Chief Economic Advisor for the Government of India. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Nageswaran worked as an author, teacher and consultant as well and teaches financial markets and international economics at several business schools and institutes of management across India and abroad, according to the Finance Ministry. He was the dean of IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) and a distinguished Visiting Professor of Economics at Krea University. He was also a part-time member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India from 2019 to 2021.
