Dr. GK Goswami
DGP, Uttar Pradesh, India
Dr. GK Goswami is a serving member of the Indian Police Service in Uttar Pradesh Cadre in the rank of Additional Director General of Police. He is currently on leave to study the Innocence Project at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY as a Flex Awardee under a Fulbright Fellowship. He received his Masters in Medicinal Chemistry and later received his LLM from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and a double PhD from JNU/LU and TISS Mumbai. Dr. Goswami is the first Indian to complete a DSc in Forensic Sciences and Law.
