Bess Ho

Bess Ho is an investor and adviser of early and VC funded startup in transportation, logistic, smart building, Industrial IoT, consumer and mobile. Her portfolio consists of fundraising, business models and M&A strategy. She is known to be creative in turning struggling business around for profit and is a popular conference speaker with her presentations featured by the Slideshare team. Ms. Ho is the current President of Chinese Software Professional Association (CSPA), one of the largest Chinese organizations in the software industry. She is also an established mobile instructor at UC Santa Clara Extension in Silicon Valley campus. She was an R&D engineer with experience in AI business intelligence and data analytics.
Ms. Ho earned her M.S. and B.S. degrees from University of California at Davis.
Sean Luangrath
CEO, Inergy Solar
Mr. Luangrath is the CEO at Inergy Solar, an Idaho-based renewable energy startup with the mission to provide the world with affordable solar power. Prior to joining Inergy Solar, Mr. Luangrath held senior leadership positions in several high-tech startups including Aerohive Networks, a Kleiner-backed enterprise wifi hardware and software startup that went IPO in 2014 and MeLLmo, a Sequoia Capital-backed enterprise software startup that was acquired by SAP. Prior to MeLLmo, he was an executive in the China Retail Operations group for Apple and also worked extensively in Apple’s global iPhone Sales organization in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Luangrath has a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from both the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University.
Dr. Henry Yau
Founder & CEO, DeLight Power Products Limited
Dr. Henry Yau is the Founder and Chief Scientist of DeLight Power Products Limited in Hong Kong. DeLight is a supported Technology company of the Hong Kong Science Park Incubation Program with 20+ invention patents in process. Prior to DeLight, Dr. Yau was a Philips Lighting Startup Executive in China where he founded China Philips Lighting JV and launched numerous lighting products. He has also worked on various inventions on energy, distributed control, IoT, current-voltage control systems for lighting control, and no pollution power system methodologies.
Dr. Yau received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from Northwestern University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
