Lucinda Newcomb
VP of Digital Product, Sephora

Lucinda Newcomb is the VP of Digital Product for Sephora, overseeing design and development for all e-commerce experiences and platforms (mobile, site, tools, backend systems), as well as innovative new store digital experiences. Since joining Sephora in 2013, she has defined the overall mobile strategy, revamped the product development process and managed delivery of a broad roadmap of major initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience, Lucinda has built her career around defining engaging client experiences for consumer brands and making them a reality. Prior to joining Sephora, Lucinda was the head of the BBC Worldwide Mobile Studio where she and her team designed and delivered hundreds of mobile apps for brands such as Lonely Planet, Top Gear and Good Foods. Lucinda has also held leadership product positions at Gap and Yahoo!, as well as strategic consulting roles at GartnerGroup and Proxicom.

Savio Thattil
CIO, Sephora

As CIO of Sephora IT, Savio Thattil is an expert in the execution of large-scale software projects. A principal innovator in e-commerce applications, he has helped refine e-commerce strategies and created software solutions in CRM for multiple leading corporations. He demonstrates extensive experience with ATG Commerce, Sterling Commerce, Unica, Eclipse, Java, and most Oracle interfaces. Savio began his study at the University of Bombay and completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Loyola University, Chicago.
