US-ATMC hosts the Prime Minister of Thailand

The US-ATMC was honored to be one of the primary hosts of the visit to Stanford on November 14th by H.E. Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand.  PM Thavisin explored cooperation with Stanford in a meeting with Prof. Jennifer Widom, Dean of Engineering, and Prof. David Studdert, Vice Provost and Dean of Research, along with faculty from programs in Engineering and the Graduate School of Business, as well as the US-ATMC.  He also met with Stanford students from Thailand.  It was great to see strong mutual interest in further developing existing cooperative relationships as well as exploring new synergies in areas such as sustainable resource management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
