US-ATMC Visiting Scholars featured in TECHBLITZ
This past July, US-ATMC Visiting Scholars Takuya Yoshida from The Shizuoka Bank, Ltd. and Hiroaki Kaneko from Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank spoke at a seminar, “Regional Financial Institutions Promoting Open Innovation in Silicon Valley”, co-hosted by the Fintech Association and TECHBLITZ. At the event they shared their experiences of being in Silicon Valley and at the US-Asia Technology Management Center, what they learned from the innovation ecosystem, and how they apply these lessons to support businesses and startups in their home region of Shizuoka Prefecture.
