Eva Grochowski

Eva M. Grochowski is a PhD candidate of the Graduate School of Excellence Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (GSaME), supervised by Fraunhofer IAO. Her PhD thesis focusses on collaborative research and development (R&D) integrating science and industry.  The emphasis lies on interdisciplinary and cross-company aspects of such cooperation in the German automotive industry.

She is researching the consequences of cooperation for start-up companies with big companies as a visiting student researcher at the US-Asia Technology Management Center from November 2015 to January 2016. The results will give indices about success factors for cooperative R&D regarding the goals and changes of start-up companies.
Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from the University of Hohenheim, Germany.  She plans to complete her PhD in 2016.
