Yoshito Terada
Yoshito Terada is a visiting scholar at the US-Asia Technology Management Center for 2019-2020. In the program, he is researching innovation methods in local banks for the future.
Mr. Terada has been working for Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank for the past 15 years. He specializes in supporting small & medium enterprises and improving their operations as a professional management consultant (Small and Medium sized Enterprise Consultant in Japan).
However, due to the declining population in the bank’s region and along with the reduction of economic activity, he is thinking about regional revitalization. He wants to revitalize their region by transforming his company, which is responsible for the local funding.
